GREAT AGENT

We had an opportunity of dealing with Matthew for purchasing an unit in Docklands! He impressed us with his professionalism in appearance, communication and conduct! What impressed us most is his speedy response to our emails - essentially he was working through public holiday and weekend to have things done and questions answered! Keep good work Matthew!

EXCELLENT AGENT

Matthew was meticulous with his preparation and approach to selling our apartment. He had open inspections at least once a week and had a number of prospective buyer always coming through our apartment. Matthew kept us informed at where we were at in regards to potential buyers and what the market was like. In negotiation the 3 principle parties agreed what was a fair price for all concerned and everybody walked away happy with the result.
